
In October 2001, the Kenya Tourist Board in Nairobi has appointed TMC as their representation office in the Netherlands, and since October 2003 for the Benelux.
In co-operation with other European offices and the main office in Nairobi, a process of total branding was developed focusing on 'experiences', niche-marketing, salescalls and product development within the destination and products offered by the Benelux travel trade. Besides being a full-service tourist office, TMC initiated a pro-active approach to the press and developed crisis PR and management-plans.
